WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship worldwide. Your items will be well packed and compact. This is an advantage of the Scored system.

DO I NEED WIFI WHERE THE SYSTEM WILL BE INSTALLED?

No. The scoreboard creates its own WIFI on which your included tablet connects too.

CAN YOU SUPPLY A FULL SCOREBOARD READY BUILT?

We can supply a ready built scoreboard in the UK only. Get in touch for a quote.

IS IT WATERPROOF?

Yes the external digits are waterproof but the control boards are not.

DO YOU SUPPLY SPARE PARTS?

Your package will come with every spare to ensure you will be back up and running in no time. We also provide any spares necessary.

CAN YOU SEE THE DIGITS IN BRIGHT SUNLIGHT?

Yes great visibility and very bright. You should not stare directly into the LEDs fo long periods in the dark.

HOW FAR CAN THE BOARD BE CONTROLLED FROM?

The WIFI range has been tested to 130M with line of sight.

HOW ARE THE DIGITS INSTALLED?

Each of the 7 segments of every digits are screwed to a surface with two self tapping screws. Digit templates are provided to aid in supporting digits during installation.

WHAT IS THE VIEWING DISTANCE?

Tested at 130M with good eyesight. Upgrade to 15" for persons with poorer eyesight at same distance.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

If all items are in stock expect to receive your items within 7 days

CAN THE BOARDS DISPLAY A TIMER?

Yes the boards can display a timer with minutes and seconds. Timers can be configured in the APP

WHAT SIZES DIGITS CAN YOU SUPPLY?

12" and 15". We recommend 12" for the best viewing at an average playing field distance. There is simply no need to go any smaller.
